Cancelling your service

• You can cancel hosting or email at any time by emailing support@growhost.co.za. Your service stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be billed again.
• Before cancelling, download any website files and emails you want to keep. We delete the account after it ends.

Cooling-off period

If you’re a consumer who ordered online, you may cancel within 7 days of your order, as the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act allows, and receive a refund within 30 days. If we’ve already set up your service at your request, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the service you’ve used.

Refunds

• Outside the cooling-off period, payments for a period that has already started aren’t refunded, but you can cancel so you aren’t billed for the next period.
• Domain registration and renewal fees can’t be refunded once the domain has been registered or renewed with the registry, because that cost is passed on immediately.
• If we cancel a service ourselves (other than for non-payment or a breach of our Terms), we refund the unused part of your payment.

Refunds and cancellations for web design projects follow the terms in your quote.
